Paper, card & mat that is labelled ‘Acid Free ‘ are manufactured to last a minimum of 100 years. ‘Acid Free ‘ papers are manufactured within the conservation grade class of acid exempt newspaper which is broadly formed from wood based pulp that has been treated or buffered to neutralize the acidity. Paper which is lignin absolve stays acid free much longer and consequently the newspaper and calling card lasts well longer.
